If need assistance, please ensure you are in a safe location before calling us.
- If anyone is hurt or injured, call 999 immediately.
- If your vehicle is in a dangerous location and drivable - move it somewhere safe.
- Always keep your side lights and hazard lights on so you remain visible to others.
It may be unsafe to remain in your vehicle:
- Carefully exit your vehicle, using the doors opposite to traffic if possible.
- Wait away from the road, behind a safety barrier if you can.
- If you can't leave your vehicle, wear your seatbelt and call 999 immediately.
